 ractices for everyone working in the field of endoscopy. The success of an
  endoscopy unit is reliant upon a passionate multidisciplinary team workin
 g together towards a common goal of safe and effective patient care. ESGE 
 and ESGENA strongly believe in teamwork strategy where the endoscopy team 
 train and learn together. Based on this principle\, the ESGENA Spring Scho
 ol is an integral part of the ESGE DAYS and has a lot to offer to the endo
 scopic nursing community including: • Joint sessions for physicians and 
 nurses with interactive discussions\, debates and live demonstrations • 
 special sessions for nurses focusing on patient care\, assistance and mana
